Within our payroll management team, four individuals are essential to ensure the success of our operations. They handle accounting, matters related to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and incident calculations, ensuring accurate and efficient service.

Since the start of the relationship with KLB, several key improvements have been implemented in the payroll management process. The transmission of incidents has significantly improved, allowing for faster payments to employees. Moreover, all calculations performed comply with Mexican legislation, ensuring that the company adheres to the legal framework. The use of specialized software such as ContpaqI and Microsip has been crucial in optimizing work, enabling more efficient and quicker management of incidents, and facilitating the exchange of information between KLB and the shipping company's human resources and finance departments. One of the most remarkable aspects of this collaboration has been the smooth and constant communication between teams. KLB's payroll specialist, Diocel Gómez, has played a crucial role in this process by maintaining close contact with the client.
