As part of our projects to our customers and partners, KLB may collect Personal Data classified as “sensitive”.
KLB only stores and processes personal data for a very specific purpose.
No other data is collected apart from that allowing us to carry out the projects entrusted to us and/or the processing of recruitment applications.

KLB may collect your Personal Data directly from you or may be a recipient of your Personal Data collected through our website.

The Personal Data collected is intended for KLB's internal services and certain specifically identified subcontractors.
Finally, the processed data may be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, as part of legal research and requests for information from the authorities or in order to comply with other legal obligations.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is kept for a period necessary to achieve the purposes concerned. With regard to processing relating to the execution of the contract, Personal Data may be kept for a maximum period of three years from the end of the contractual relationship.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We aim to process your personal data in the safest and most secure manner. To do this, all necessary measures to guarantee their confidentiality are implemented.
These measures are adapted according to the level of sensitivity of the Personal Data processed and according to the level of risk presented by the processing.
All KLB employees being required to process and use this Personal Data are subject to a contractual confidentiality obligation.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?
Each person concerned by the processing of Personal Data has a right of access, rectification, opposition, portability, erasure and limitation.
You can exercise one of these rights at any time with KLB, in its capacity as controller of your personal data. Any request relating to the use of these rights must be made by email and sent to dpo@klbgroup.com.
